Fruitwash , the name of the new paste, can be dissolved in water or easily removed. Stamps are designed to help the fruit survive longer.
When washed, the paste will dissolve in water, releasing the ingredients that remove the chemicals that are absorbed in the fruit. However, Scott Amron did not disclose the composition of the sticker.
"The best thing about the new stamp is that it cleanses the fruit. We would not feel sorry or want to put them in the trash , "Scott Amron said.
The test product is now available in the market and is patented. Fruitwash will be available in 6-9 months.
