Successful breeding Hoang Bach mushroom

White Mushroom (Pleurotus Cornucopiae), a precious, delicious, sweet mushroom has been successfully grown in Cat Tien National Park.

A research group of Cat Tien National Park has just experimentally grown into Hoang Bach mushroom (Pleurotus Cornucopiae) . This is a precious mushroom, very delicious, sweeter and very less moldy than some genera of the same genera as white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus pulmonarius).

According to the research team, in addition to the use of nutritious food, Hoang Bach mushroom also has a very good effect in treating diseases such as tumor suppression, anti-cancer, anti-anemia. Currently, Hoang Bach mushroom cultivated is quite popular in some countries such as China, Japan, Taiwan and many European countries

Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong, Cat Tien National Park said, in our country, this species has just started to be cultivated so it is necessary to conduct further research to produce high quality, uniform mushroom, using bud mushroom. (young but long stalk) and replicate the model to the people.'Hoang Bach mushroom has a high nutritional value, so it is easy to be welcomed by the market' , Mr. Duong said.
