According to CNN, the project is the first model on the black continent, designed by Swisatec architecture firm.The $ 900 million development will take place at Blue Rock Resort in Somerset West, which is surrounded by famous wine farms.
Swisatec's plan is to build 1,000 apartments, health centers, spas, shops, schools and restaurants.
