The ancient tomb has many color drawings

Scientists discovered an ancient tomb in the city of Luxor, Egypt, decorated with colorful carvings on the wall.

According to the Egyptian Antiquities Ministry report, this is an old T-shaped tomb, the resting place of a man named Sa-Mut. Its owner can live in the period of the New Kingdom, the 18th Egyptian Dynasty, or about 1543-1292 BC.

In the grave, archaeologists found many beautiful colorful carvings on plaster walls, depicting the daily activities of Sa-Mut and his wife Ta Khaeet .

There is also a large hall, alleys and some unfinished rooms. According to Live Science, the grave has been looted since ancient times. Many lines and wall paintings were intentionally destroyed.

The tomb is located to the east of another grave site discovered in early March this year in the ancient city of Luxor.The tomb dating back to 3,000 years is the resting place of Amenhotep, a nobleman on duty of guarding the temple of Amun, belonging to the 18th era of the New Kingdom, the Egyptian Dynasty.
