The actual travel days help him realize that most of the river dykes are only covered with soil so it is easy to crack and landslides. Therefore, Mr. Thang proposed plugging a concrete pile system into the dyke body like a skeleton to strengthen and prevent dyke break. With remote waves of 30-100 meters, he has other ideas to deal with. The outer row is subjected to strong impact, he uses the S-shaped float system. But since then, there has been no contact of authorities with Mr. Thang. "I plan to write another letter to the Prime Minister. I just hope that if the experiment is successful, I can ask the Government to apply it on an essential base line."
