The longest male gorilla in the world
Atlanta Zoo, USA, on June 15 held its 53rd birthday for the world's longest living gorilla.

According to the AP, Ozzie is a male gorilla being raised at the Atlanta Zoo. It was born in 1961 in the wild environment of Africa.Ozzie was brought to the zoo from an Emory University research center. Ozzie has 10 children, 9 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Zoo representative Atlanta said Ozzie is considered a good example of a gorilla evolution research program. At 53, Ozzie becomes the world's longest-lived male gorilla. Colo, born in 1956, is the longest-lived female gorilla in the world.
Gorillas are a primate genus of the Human family and the largest of the primates still in existence. This is the animal that lives mainly in the African jungle. They are closely related to humans after two chimpanzees.
