"I wore a Bulova watch with a lanyard in my mission to explore the lunar surface of the Apollo 15, then landed on the Moon's orbit and returned to Earth. It's a key part of the success of the Apollo 15, " wrote Lieutenant Colonel Scott, 83, in a letter to the auction.
