The mysteries of history have always been a headache for scientists as they try to find solutions to these mysterious stories.

Let's review the three of the many mysteries that are still unknown.

1. Bottomless pit in Washington, USA

Bottomless pit in eastern Washington state.

According to legend, in the 1800s and maybe longer ago, locals often throw garbage and animal carcasses down to fill the crater. But over the centuries, all their efforts were hopeless because the pit almost swallowed up everything thrown at it and there was no sign of filling up.

The pit is still a mystery to the locals for a long time until Mel Water appears. Not taking too much time, Mel realized the difference.

He noticed whether he threw anything at the hole from the TV, the carcass or even a broken refrigerator, without any sound echoing.

That further stimulated Mel's curiosity and he began to find ways to determine the depth of the hole. After some initial experiments, Mel assumes that the depth of the pit falls about 25km. A few days later, Mel spotted the birds and even his dog did not dare approach this bottomless pit.

Realizing the unusual things, Mel decided to contact a famous radio station and asked them to do a series of shows about this mysterious hole. But only a few weeks after the broadcast, Mel was stripped of his property and the area around the pit was blocked. His name and all land records disappeared soon after.

The US government has so far denied the existence of this mysterious hole. However, an Indian physician insisted that the hole existed because he claimed to have been visited by his father in 1961.

2. British soldiers are missing

One of the most mysterious collective disappearances to date takes place in 1908 when King Edward VII (England) asked his subordinate, Frank Beck, to establish a battalion from the list of workers. at Sandringham.

Glad to have the king's trust, Frank Beck soon called for hundreds of volunteers to join this list.

The British soldiers were mysteriously missing when they were fighting.

Shortly after being "selected" and trained, the newly formed 'E Company' was forced into their first campaign.

Their first and last battle location was Suvla Bay , a base located in Turkey. Having to go a long way like that, but as soon as they arrived at the battlefield, despite being tired, hungry and not professionally trained, the army still had to fight.

While opposing them on the other side of the battle line, the Turkish army was very aggressive, so energetic because they were familiar with the terrain.

When the battle was still in disarray, the soldiers of the two sides were still fighting, 16 commanders and 250 soldiers of "E Company" suddenly went into a thin mist and disappeared.

He believed that their soldiers had been taken prisoner by the Turkish army, and after that war had asked the government to return their troops. However, the Turkish army insisted that they did not arrest a British soldier.

The fate of those battalions was only brought to light after the three soldiers confessed to see that the army entered a cloud before the cloud rose and disappeared.

Despite this, many still do not believe in the story of these three soldiers and until now, the fate of these soldiers remains open.

3. Death of General Rossmore

It would be flawed if not for the strange story that happened to Baron Rossmore on this list.

Baron Rossmore is a Scottish native who moved to Ireland from an early age. Rossmore was a very capable person so he advanced very quickly in his career. So it is not surprising that he reached the position of Ireland's Commander-in-Chief three years before he retired.

After retiring, Rossmore spends most of his time visiting friends, receiving guests and participating in several parties.

On August 6, 1801, Rossmore decided to hold a small party at Dublin Castle and invited a couple of his close friends, Mr. and Mrs. Barrington, to attend.

At two o'clock on the morning of August 6, Mr. Barrington was awakened by a very scary sound . It was like a mixed noise between someone's voice and loud music coming from somewhere in the castle.

This sound then grew loud and seemingly from everywhere at the same time. Frightened, Mr. Barrington quickly woke up his wife. After calming down, the two approached the window to listen to where the horror sound came from.

It was quite dark at the time but let them realize that the sound came from an empty grass under the window.

Mr. and Mrs. Barrington immediately called the workers in the next castle. The maid was called in with real panic and terror. She sat there crying for nearly half an hour and then sighed heavily and exclaimed '' Rossmore! Rossmore! Rossmore! ' Before rushing into the room, closing the door tightly and not saying anything.

At exactly 2:30 am, everyone was shocked to find Rossmore dead in the room after tracing the creepy sound coming from his room.

So far this horrifying sound has never been explained clearly.
