The new solar cell volume is as light as 80% of traditional batteries
The solar panels have been designed to be much thinner. The more flexible design allows the panels to extend along the facades of buildings, on buses or in electric cars. In particular, the volume of new solar cells is also decreasing, only about 80% of traditional batteries.
The design of solar cells is getting thinner.
EArche has developed a new solar panel capable of transmitting 40 kW with new technology. The company develops a composite material that is used as an aircraft window, 80% lighter than conventional photovoltaic panels.
EArche's new product is being distributed through Energus (Australia) and SunMan (Hongkong), with the hope that eArche will become the biggest innovation in the solar industry's 10 years.
Some companies can not install solar panels on the roofs of their buildings because they are too heavy but eArche's new technology can eliminate the problem. According to The Daily Advertiser, eArche's battery weight is only about 2 tons for a capacity of 100kW.
EArche's solar panels can be customized to fit on roofs or walls.
