Picture 1 of The oldest traces of human beings. Nearly 4 million years ago, the first ancestor of modern humans turned to two feet on the ground. They left the first footprints on the ground.

Scientists have discovered some of the oldest traces of humanity in the Odulvai ravines, in Datavani (East Africa): that of human bones, stones, tools and the rest of a a "stone" number of "houses" .

But the most shocking finding is still that archaeologists discover footprints stored on a layer of volcanic ash. It can be determined that this is the footprint of 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) who passed through this area 3.7 million years ago (three million seven hundred thousand years). This is the first trace that marks the emergence of humans on Earth.
