The report said it was likely that Phobos-Grunt's 200kg debris would fall into the Indian Ocean at 13:18 (Moscow time), ie 18:18 (Vietnam time). The relative position is defined as 10 degrees south latitude and 90 degrees east longitude.

However, the time and location of the falling debris will change during the process. Other debris will be burned in a thick atmosphere at a height of 100m. As of January 11, the maximum distance from Phobos-Grunt to Earth is 204km.

Phobos-Grunt was launched into the universe from last 9/11 with the aim of taking samples from Mars to study. However, this ship did not reach the intended trajectory because the engine did not work.
