The rebellious powers 'Law on cosmic conduct'

The US, Russia and China have no plans to sign the 'Code of Conduct' in cosmological activities proposed by the European Union in the current form.

According to US Deputy Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Ellen Tauscher, this document contains too many restrictions for the US, Russia, China, India and Brazil, while it is Plus Europe (of course), Canada and Japan welcome.

The fact that the leading cosmopolitan powers do not accept the 'Law of the Universe' also means that in the years to come, the space around the Earth will still be used freely without any agreement or what restrictions

The European Union in the last few years often refers to a law of voluntary conduct. In this document, 'orbit laws' are proposed for satellites and space equipment.

At the discretion of the drafters, it is time to solve the problem of overcrowding in space, to minimize the risk of collisions and accidents. The document also outlines measures to prevent controversies about cosmic garbage. There are also "accidents" such as China's anti-satellite weapons test in 2007.

Although the update of the document as well as the problem of cosmic garbage is becoming more and more true, the cosmopolitan powers have no plans to sign such documents. Basically, this involves the military aspect of space programs.

For example, the US often insists that the publication of parameters for orbiting satellites and space devices threatens their top secret intelligence tasks. It is understandable that the United States has officially stated that it will not be willing to give up its technological advantages and transfer its materials to some inter-national space agency.

But people still hope to finally draft a document that all parties can accept, as the basis for controversies regarding the use of the space around our planet. .
