The Cygnus private transport spacecraft for the second time within a day of being postponed "docked" at the International Space Station (ISS), RIA Novosti said on September 23.

According to the US Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA), the first unmanned ship of Orbital Sciences Company (USA) can only assemble into the connection port of Harmony module on ISS as early as 28th. September 9, after a problem in the ship control software.

Earlier, just before the initial connection on September 22, the ship was postponed for at least 48 hours for experts from NASA and Orbital Sciences to develop software to fix the bug.

It is known that Orbital Sciences won a $ 1.9 billion contract with NASA to bring the company's Cygnus spacecraft to bring goods to ISS. In total, Orbital Sciences will have 8 trips to ship Cygnus to ISS to complete the contract after the test flight.

The latest postponement was reported by NASA to pave the way for a US $ 100 billion space station to pick up three astronauts from the 37th International ISS Group to work.

Accordingly, three astronauts Oleg Kotov, Sergey Ryazanskiy (of the Russian Federal Space Agency - Roscosmos) and Mike Hopkins (NASA) will be taken by Soyuz TMA-10 to ISS from Russia's Baikonur space airport. in Kazakhstan on the morning of September 26 on a six-hour express journey (scheduled to arrive at 9:00 am on September 26, Vietnam time).

Currently working on the ISS, three astronauts brought by Soyuz TMA-09M in late May are Fyodor Yurchikhin (Roscosmos), Karen Nyberg (NASA) and Luca Parmitano (Italian, European Space Agency - ESA) with the commander, Fyodor Yurchikhin.

All three will be returned to Earth by Soyuz TMA-09M, while the Soyuz TMA-10's three astronauts will return home in March 2014.
