The space shuttle Atlantis left the ISS station to go home

On the morning of July 19, US time, the space shuttle Atlantis left the International Space Station (ISS) on its last flight and began to return to Earth, ending 30 years of conquering space.

According to NASA aerospace agency, Atlantis will land in Florida on Thursday 21 July.

After this trip, the introduction of American astronauts will be carried out by the Russian Soyuz, at a cost of US $ 56 million each.

US President Barack Obama wants future private companies to do this, and NASA will focus on making rocket engines that can take astronauts further. The upcoming goal of the US is to conquer asteroids in 2025 and Mars in the mid-2030s.
