No one has any information about this item until Mr. Robert Phillips, a company employee of Van Moppes, who is responsible for repairing this work, decided to return it.
According to CNN on May 8, during the excavation process in the 1950s, people discovered cracks in the rocks at Stonehenge.
To help the rocks not break down, Van Moppes' engineer drilled a hole in it. The core of the rock is removed and inserted into it with a piece of metal wire.
A total of 3 boulders were drilled and Mr. Phillips took a piece of the core, the remaining two sections are still not there.

Mr. Phillips displayed the rock core in the office and then brought to the United States, where he lived after he retired. However, on the occasion of his 90th birthday, Mr. Phillips decided to bring the stone core back to English Heritage, the conservation organization Stonehenge.
This core segment is said to be an important part and a model that helps scientists study to find the origin of the stones at Stonehenge.
To this day, the scientific community has not identified the true origin of Stonehenge and who created this work.
According to RT, previous anthropologists argued that megalithic culture (the construction of large stone structures) originated in the Mediterranean or Near East while some other theories said it was invented. in 6 independent locations in Europe.
