The Telegraph reports, " falling, flying, running away " are familiar dreams, but what do they really mean? British psychologist Ian Wallace will tell you this:
We all dream. Every night, we dream about 5 times. If you sleep for 7 or 8 hours, you will go through 5 sleep cycles and in each cycle, you will dream for about 20-40 minutes. There are many different theories about why we dream but I believe we do this as a way to understand all the information we receive unconsciously during the day.
Remember that the more you remember how fat you are, the easier it is to realize its meaning. So when you wake up, don't wake up right away, but stay in bed for about a minute. You will be surprised to find that you can remember the dreams.
- The most common dream is to be pursued, it means that there is a problem you want to confront but not confident enough to face.
- If you have a tooth loss, you are lacking confidence.
- Dreaming that you can't find toilets, that means you always try to take care of others rather than yourself.
- Dreaming of being naked in public means you're feeling vulnerable.
- If you dream you are flying, imply that you are trying to free yourself from something that is holding you back.
- Or if you find yourself falling into a dream, then it is time for you to relax.
- Other common dreams are to sit behind the wheel in a car that is out of control, late (you feel you cannot complete your ambition and are missing the opportunity) .
Write down the key points in your dream. Although each dream often looks very different.
You can learn how to control your dreams. A dream is awake when you are aware of a dream. When you are about to wake up, tell yourself that you need to stay in your dream a little longer. Slowly, you can control your dreams.
If you are being chased, you can change it so you can turn your head and ask the person chasing you what they want. This will help you realize what is bothering you in real life.
Meeting nightmares is not a bad thing. That means the dream has a strong emotional intensity and happens when there are difficult problems that you can't solve. Your unconscious is trying to draw your attention by making the nightmare come alive until you start paying attention to the problem.
