In fact, each of us walks about 4km every day and about 24,000km in our lifetime - equivalent to the diameter of the earth and accumulates weight on it from birth until age 65 is about 50 billion kilograms.

The legs are made up of 52 bones, 214 tendons, 38 muscles and 66 joints and strong enough to step 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day.

Do you know?

- 52% of the bones in our bodies are concentrated in two legs.
- People with diabetes and many years of age are at risk for foot ulcers

The foot contains 250,000 sweat glands and can produce more than 300ml of fluid per day. And so it is difficult to avoid infection when you wear shoes regularly without hygiene. If you see areas between the toes that start to dry and have white flakes falling, accompanied by an itchy sensation, you may have a fungal infection. Note that the fungus can spread so do not touch it and then switch to the skin again.

Ulcers, lumpy bottles and toe interstitial inflammation are common in people who wear shoes that do not fit properly. Therefore, choose carefully when buying shoes and wear socks when wearing new shoes as well as when trying shoes to prevent infection. A good pair of shoes must bring comfort to those who go.
