We often have small spots around one or two hair follicles and they tend to appear on the face, scalp, thighs, legs, and groin area.

When affected, hair follicles are highly susceptible to attack by bacteria, causing itching. If not, doctors often advise us to apply antibiotics to the affected area.

This phenomenon may not always be easy to prevent, but some of the tips below may help you somewhat:

* Do not wear clothes that are too tight: Avoid wearing bodywear, especially jeans and sports clothes. They may be fashionable but you should choose one without rubbing the skin too hard.

* Be extra careful when shaving or shaving: Use an electric shaver or replace a new razor every time you shave. Always make sure the shaving area is clean and prevent scratches. If you are a woman and are often itchy, you should use the depilatory drugs on the market or take other measures.

* Use hot tub: If you have a hot tub, you must clean it regularly and if necessary, rub it with Chlorine water.
