Some varieties of chili can cause paralysis, blistering of the mouth and many health problems with a spicy temperature of over a million heat units on the Scoville ladder.
1. Bell peppers
The least spicy chillies, according to the heat table, are sweet bell peppers that are still sold in supermarkets, scole table values equal to zero, so it's absolutely not spicy.
