Video: A rolling cloud like a tsunami swallowing American town

An American resident filmed the rushing cloud like a sea wave about to crash into the town below.

The sky was dark with massive clouds coming.

Johanna Hood saw the unusual shape of the cloud as she walked her dog with her children in Hinesville, Georgia, USA, Mirror reported on September 5. The dark sky with massive clouds came up, reminiscent of the scene in the movie about the end of the world rather than a normal thunderstorm.

According to Johanna, the cloud quickly vanished, giving way to a small thunderstorm."The scene only lasted a few minutes before a small thunderstorm hit with light rain and lightning," Johanna said.

A local weather channel revealed that the phenomenon of Johanna being encountered was a large terraced cloud with a jagged shape. Rattan cloud is a horizontal low cloud cloud shaped like a wedge and often accompanied by thunderstorms.
