Video: A strange circular ice, spinning around the cold river in Inner Mongolia

A band of ice appeared and circled around the cold river in Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia, China that made many tourists curious and rushed here.

The strange circular ice appears on the river Yimin.

Many tourists flocked to Hulunbuir, which is the northeastern city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China, to witness a round of ice on its own, circling the cold water on the Yimin River. Some people even jumped on thin ice, posing and taking pictures.
