Video: Harvey storm image seen from space station
The ISS camera captures the image of Harvey's storm as it travels on Earth's orbit.
The International Space Station (ISS) uses an external camera to shoot a video of Harvey when flying through the storm from outer space on August 25, according to the Guardian.
This is the strongest storm the US has suffered in the last 12 years.
In the video posted on YouTube, Hurricane Harvey created a giant-sized white vortex that danced in the Earth's atmosphere.
With winds of up to 210km / h, super typhoon Harvey landed in Texas on August 25th. Estimates of Hurricane Harvey can cause heavy rain with rainfall of 40-65cm, where up to 90cm. This is the strongest typhoon the United States has experienced in the past 12 years, and is the strongest storm to hit Texas for more than 50 years.
Harvey caused "catastrophic flood" in the city of Houston. The situation is expected to continue to worsen. The storm killed at least 5 people, injured dozens and tens of thousands of people to leave their homes.
