O'Connor's ball kicked off to the sea in St Finans Bay, Kerry County, England. Just a few seconds later, he was amazed to see the wind storm 'throw back the ball' towards him.

When the Eleanor storm hit Europe, the most heavily affected country was Ireland. The west coast of the country receives strong winds of 155km / h. Heavy rain caused widespread flooding, leaving 27,000 people without electricity.

In the UK, the measured wind is also strong up to 160km / h and at least 4 people have been injured by fallen trees.
