Video: Otter attacks American crocodile
If the snake scene swallowed fresh crocodile, many people were surprised, then the images of alligators attacked by the otter below will also make you not be surprised.
These incredible images were taken back by photographer Geoff Walsh in 2011 at Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge in Florida, USA. However, they were only published on the social network by the US Department of Wildlife and Fisheries earlier this week.
According to the caption attached to the photo, after an attack, the large otter finally pulled the immature crocodile into a grove of trees and chewed.
The reason why this photo surprised the online community is because normally, the weight of animals such as otters often hunt small fish and crustaceans. Sometimes they consume amphibians and reptiles.
The picture also shows that although it is quite gentle, cute with smooth fur, the otter is a formidable hunter in the freshwater environment.
