The moment a dying snake thirstily gulps down a sip of water given by a kind person through a cylinder in the arid desert in Saudi Arabia, causing a fever on social networks.

The video shared by account Nomore123 on Liveleak on May 16 recorded a snake hurriedly taking sips of water through a cylinder given to a stranger, attracting more than 190,000 views since posting. This person slowly pumped the cylinder down to let the water flow into the snake's mouth, according to Longroom.

The snake even seemed to want to drink again when the water in the syringe was empty. The incident happened in the Empty Quarter desert or Rub 'al Khali in Saudi Arabia. Outdoor temperatures here reach 41 degrees Celsius in May and 56 degrees Celsius on the hottest summer days.

Many viewers leave comments praising the good passers-by for the snake to drink water, while some argue that this action is very dangerous because there are many venomous snakes in the desert.
