Video: Technology turns the road surface into a power source for buses

In Tel Aviv now needs to charge via cable at the departure station, but this will soon change.

ElectRoad is developing charging technology from the road surface while driving, using the coil to charge the car wirelessly through magnetic sensors. With this achievement, the battery pack or charger cable becomes unnecessary. Technology also does not exhaust gas, for high efficiency and low cost.

ElectRoad will focus on and start installing the coil underneath the designated lanes, supplying electricity to buses passing through the day.
