Video: The horrifying prospect of Paris' apocalypse
The French filmmakers made a strange film, depicting the horrifying prospect of Paris's "doomsday", when the magnificent capital of France was turned into a "ghost city", without a shadow. and traffic.
Called "Hypocentre" , a four-and-a-half-minute video of two authors Claire and Maxime showed that areas are often crowded with people passing by in Paris like the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Montaparnasse streets. course is empty.
All the corners of Paris, one of the world's most densely populated cities, seem to be abandoned, the swings lying there and there, the traffic signal lights are still branching but there is no shadow or figure. convenient to go back and forth.
The scene of the cold wild became more and more gruesome when the authors dubbed the spooky background music video. They explain, the prospect of Paris becoming "a ghost city" as a warning about human harmful action against our vulnerable planet.
To create the video, Claire and Maxime shot "fast-forward time" images of various locations throughout Paris, before eliminating "life" from the "City of Light". After that, they turned the footage into thousands of different photos.
Using image editing tools, Claire and Maxime searched for photos with some empty parts and merged them into other photos until all the people and cars were removed. As a final step, the two filmmakers rearranged the order of the photos and mended them into a seamless movie of "ghost city".
In total, the movie "Hypocentre" used about 7,500 photos of Paris.
