'Walking' for nearly 6 hours in space

On November 15, two Russian astronauts Fyodor Yurchikhin and Oleg Skiripochka conducted a "space walk" that lasted 5 hours 55 minutes.

The purpose of the trip was to collect space samples from space to study, and two astronauts installed a multifunctional station and replaced the existing robot named Kontur with a new robot. more advanced outside the Zvezda logistics module.

Previously, Kontur robots were brought to the International Space Station since 2003 to serve the experiments of DLR-German space agency, while Russian experiments began in May 2008.

With the 51-year-old astronaut Yurchikhin, this is his fifth " space walk ", and with young astronaut Skripchka, this is the first time. During the journey, two astronauts wear a special suit called Orlan-MK.
