What does it mean when hard boiled eggs appear?
Double the boiled egg, sometimes you will see an extremely mysterious blue circle. Why does it exist?
Boiled chicken eggs must be a favorite dish of many of us. Feeling hungry when going back to school, enjoying the delicious taste, fidgeting, watching the egg with a little salt, heaven is here but not far away.
But good or not, just leave it. The question here is: have you ever tried to add a hard-boiled egg? If yes, you probably see this many times.
It was a mysterious blue circle and it looked . ghastly in the yolk. Why is it there? Obviously, if we eat blanched eggs, the yolk when ripe can only be red. Is the egg faulty, and will it have a problem with eating it?
In fact, the egg has no errors! The error is in you!
The blue circle appears to be a sign that the egg boiling process is not "standard", and this is your fault, not the egg. You have boiled eggs for too long!
Anything like that, using heat for too long will cause food to change. Long-fried meat is dry, burnt, cooked rice is long, and with eggs it is discolored.
The reason is because the egg yolk contains iron elements, while the white matter has hydrogen sulfide (H2S). If the eggs are boiled for too long, they react with each other, forming iron sulfide FeS, which is dark green.
Basically, this blue circle is not harmful, the taste is still the same. The aesthetic aspect is not very beautiful and many people may not want to eat anymore.
How to boil eggs without leaving a green round
Simply avoid boiling for too long. In addition, there is an extremely simple method (though it takes a bit of time) to help you boil a delicious egg like the image below.
First, put the eggs in a boiling pot, but when the water boils, turn it off. Next, turn the pot over and leave it in place for 15 minutes.
Finally, put the egg in the cold water, wait until it has cooled down and peel it off.
