Women who use brown cosmetics are at risk of infertility
European officials warn women who use brown cosmetics are at risk of infertility, childbirth and even cancer, according to the Telegraph .
Using brown skin cosmetics can make women more at risk of health
The warning comes as European experts discovered that brown skin cosmetics contain a variety of hormonal disorders, which can adversely affect the fetus, and carcinogens like formaldehyde and nitrosamines.
Experts also discovered that this type of cosmetic contains a lot of chemicals related to allergies, diabetes, obesity and infertility.
Scientists also warn that the potential risk in brown skin products is more worrisome than other cosmetics because users must spray this "nutrient" regularly on the whole body.
According to scientists, the effective ingredient in brown skin cosmetics is dihydroxyacetone, which reacts with amino acids on the skin and turns the skin into brown.
When sprayed onto the skin, dihydroxyacetone is usually absorbed in the blood, which can damage DNA and create tumors.
'People need to be vigilant when exposed to these chemicals (in cosmetics that make brown skin) until their effectiveness is clarified. They may be the factor behind a significant increase in cancer, diabetes, obesity and infertility , " warned European Executive Director Jacqueline McGlade.
