New US and Canadian researchers find the secret of weight loss. It is pen and writing.

The research team of Stanford University in the US and Renford in Canada conducted experiments on 45 obese students. Half of them are required to spend 15 minutes each day writing about the most meaningful things in life for them, such as music, politics, relationships with friends and family.

After four months, members of this group lost 1, kg, and the group that did not write increased 1.2kg. Christine Logel, author of the study, said women who write about valuable things in life will be happy, not eating much and losing weight and vice versa.

The study focused on women because they are the most vulnerable to weight-related stresses.
