Sa Pa is snowing

Around 4:30 am - 5:00 am on March 16, in Sa Pa (Lao Cai), snow begins to fall. The more you go to the morning, the more snow falls, clinging to the branches, the roof . Both Sa Pa is now flooded with snow.

Due to sleet, all schools in Sa Pa town and some neighboring communes (including high schools) let students leave school.

Last night and early this morning (March 16), cold air has affected the North, the North Central and some parts of the Middle Central region causing rain, showers and places with thunderstorms. In the Gulf of Tonkin, there is a strong northeast wind with level 7, level 8 shock.

Today, the cold air will continue to affect other places in the middle central region, then affect some places in the South Central.
