14 years old, stretching 29cm of leg bone
Simeon Fairburn in Queensland, Australia has endured daily pain to last 29cm in 2 years.
Previously, this 14-year-old boy faced a tumor amputation surgery. Simeo suffers from osteofibrous dysplasia, a disease that causes the body to develop fibroids instead of bone growth.
For two years, Simeon saved her legs by tightening the screws to lengthen each millimeter. Currently, not only did Simeon not have a leg saw, but he was also able to raise his dream of becoming a basketball athlete.

This leg stretching process was built by a team of doctors at Royal Brisbane Hospital, Queensland. Dr. Geoff Donald decided to extend his leg from the original bone - a method he learned in London. Simeon's legs are housed in an original designed frame in Russia with screws. For months, the boy could only lie in bed or in a wheelchair, squeezing the snails 4 times / day.
" The doctors said that the boy's legs could return to normal, but I never believed it could become a reality, " said Mrs. Fairburn, Simeon's mother.
Last week, Simeon was eager to show off her skills on the football field. This is the first time the boy can move easily for 2 years. Currently, the boy Simeon is 1m74 tall and continues to grow.
