3D technology will 'land' the 2010 World Cup pitch

FIFA has officially announced the signing of a media license agreement with Sony. FIFA will provide 3D images of 25 matches in the 2010 FIFA World Cup series. The most advanced imaging technologies will be used to produce 3D programs, while leveraging the technology of Sony and its experts in the field of 3D.
