A new exploit code for Mac OS X appears

Picture 1 of A new exploit code for Mac OS X appears Just one day after Apple upgraded the Mac OS X operating system, the exploit code for the new version was released.

According to security experts, the exploit code takes advantage of a vulnerability called "launchd" in the operating system. Through the exploit code, an attacker can execute binary code with the right to hijack.

On June 17, Apple released a Mac OS X 10.4.7 upgrade to add new features, as well as fix five vulnerabilities. However, only a day later, the exploit code appeared to attack this upgrade.

The paradox is that the exploit code is released by Kevin Finisterre, a security expert at Digital Munition. Earlier this year, Finisterre was also the creator of the Inqtana worm aimed at Mac OS X and distributed online thanks to the vulnerability in the operating system's Bluetooth software.
