A Russian gave birth to 5 healthy daughters

On November 15, at John Radcliffe Hospital in London (UK), a Russian music teacher gave birth to five girls at one time. All 5 babies were born 14 weeks early but were healthy.

Doctors said 5 granddaughters were born, each weighing from 0.5 kg to 1.5 kg due to premature mothers, 14 weeks earlier than usual. The doctors did not give the mother's identity, only saying that the woman was a music teacher, 29 years old.

To give birth to this pregnant woman, John Radcliffe Hospital had to mobilize medical staff of more than 18 doctors and nurses. Because women give birth to many babies at once, doctors decide to give this child a surgical method.

Doctors said the birth was successful because the women quickly recovered and 5 babies were healthy. Particularly, the two children have the smallest amount of weight transferred by doctors to special care at the London Maternity Hospital, the remaining children are close to their mothers.

All 6 mothers will continue to stay in London Hospital until all are eligible for health to leave London for Russia.

The woman said she had to give birth in London because she was forced to choose one, two of the five daughters in the same fetus for religious reasons. All the expenses in the time of childbirth and nursing in London of these 6 Russian mothers and mothers are donated and paid by a group of kind Russian.
