A super-small, compact printer that fits in the palm of your hand

Students at the Jerusalem College of Technology have built a palm-sized printer with impressive prints.

Up until now, while computers have been improved to be more beautiful, smaller, the printer is still "stuck in place" with large size. It is thought that the printer must "eat paper", ie to put paper into the machine to print. That's why the size of the printer is always larger than paper.

But students at Jerusalem Tech College do not think so. They have created a compact size printer in the palm of the hand with the ability to print no less than conventional printers. Instead of putting paper in the machine, this printer sitting "paper" on the paper, then run around to "spray" the word and pictures. No matter how large a paper size this mini printer is "playing". The students named it the Pocket Printer - that is the pocket printer.

On the inside of this pocket printer is a cartridge with the ability to print up to 1000 pages, 1 minute per page. The printer works on a lithium polymer battery, allowing it to "plow" within an hour. When the battery is low, the printer will be charged via USB. The printer receives data via bluetooth, so if a user is sitting in a cafe and receives a document sent over the phone, he can transfer it to the printer, place the printer on a sheet of paper, and then drink it. cafe waiting for the printer finished.

Currently, a group of students who are the authors of the Pocket Printer are calling for people to contribute money to soon put into mass production. Contributors will be able to buy mini printers at a discount of $ 180 (about 3.6 million dong). When officially available, the printer will cost $ 200 (about 4.2 million) for both white and black.
