Admire the strange red grapes, black shell

Technological Seeds company, specialized in producing hybrid vegetables (Israel) has developed a tomato variety with red intestine, black shell.

The tomato variety "Black Galaxy" was bred from wild tomatoes and cultured tomatoes. The black color of this tomato variety resembles the pigment found in blueberries. This pigment glows well, so the longer the tomato is in the sun, the darker the tomato shell.

"In addition to strange colors, these tomatoes are also antioxidant," a company farmer said.

Developers of "Black Galaxy" tomatoes say that "Black Galaxy" has even more nutrients such as antioxidants and vitamin C that boosts the immune system.

It is hoped that this tomato variety will appear in the Israeli market within the next year."Black Galaxy" will target the luxury hotel market due to its unique colors.
