According to an online report published recently in the United States, those who want to permanently green will have the opportunity to fulfill this wish, because a US medical company has developed a new surgical technology with laser, fast and not too expensive.

The cost of such an operation is about 5,000 USD.

The report said California-based Stroma Medical used lasers to operate at least 37 people in just 20 seconds to help them change the color of the eyes from brown to green.

According to this technique, the laser will be illuminated into the eye to remove brown melanoma on the surface of the iris and due to the absence of melanin, so when the light shines on the pigment tissue in the front, the eye will turn blue.

Stroma Medical's representative, Gregg Homer, said the amount of laser used in the surgery was very small, so it would not hurt the eyes.

The cost of such an operation is about 5,000 USD. This technology is being tested clinically and has not been licensed by US authorities yet.
