ASIMO prepares a 10th birthday

On October 31, Honda's famous ASIMO robot celebrates its 10th birthday.

In addition to making a birthday cake, Honda Motor Co. will launch a separate website that publishes movies and photos of ASIMO's development over the past 10 years. .

The ' Run with ASIMO ' app for smartphones and iPhones is also being developed to allow users to ' interact ' with the ASIMO virtualization on their phones. The app will be available for download in mid-November.

Since its introduction in Europe, at the Darmstadt University of Technology in June 2003, ASIMO has appeared in many scientific museums on the continent. ASIMO also met with royal figures and heads of state and even visited the European Parliament.
