Attach fake tail to dolphins!

Fuji, a 37-year-old dolphin in Japan has been fitted with a fake tail in place of the tail being removed due to illness.

Those who train dolphins at Churaumi Marine Park on Okinawa Island say the fake tail can save the fish's life.'Due to lack of exercise because of losing the tail, Fuji has gained weight and its cholesterol is very high,' said the trainer of dolphin Masaya Koami.

Fuji's fake tail is made from rubber and manufactured by the famous Japanese Bridgestone tire manufacturer. It's smaller than Fuji's real tail. Bridgestone said it lost at least 10 million yen to build this tail.
