'Black and white' twins

British newspapers on October 23 posted a photo of a twins in Australia with opposite colors, black and white.

The twin sisters Alicia and Jasmin Singerl were born in May 2006 in Burpengary, northern Brisbane. Her mother was Natasha Knight, 35, carrying two Jamaican and British bloodlines, and her father was Michael Singerl, 34, German.

Experts say twins with completely different skin colors are rare, about one-in-one million. In this case, the mother has two eggs, one with the black pigment gene and one with the white pigment.

Natasha was also amazed at the color of her skin. She said: ' Alicia's eyes are brown, dark hair. And Jasmin's eyes are blue, silver hair. Some people even asked me if there was any mistake in the hospital. But I'm sure there's no mistake . '
