Mr. Sinh also said that Da Lat Tourism Service Company is currently constructing a rubber dam right on the top of the waterfall to store water at the same time to treat fishy odor, in the future, to build a lake 5 hectares wide downstream of the waterfall, from which to use water suction up to the top of the waterfall and then pour down to always have water in the dry season.
