Cat dog saliva is easy to infect humans

Dog saliva contains many types of parasites that do not adapt to the human body, so it is necessary to limit exposure.

"Dogs often lick anus so their saliva is susceptible to parasitic eggs , " explained Dr. Mary Beth Leininger from Hartville Pet Insurance Group with Medical Daily. According to her, parents need to be cautious, do not let dogs lick children's faces.

Agreeing with this view, Dr Neilanjan Nandi, Drexel's assistant professor of medicine, said the dog's mouth is a breeding ground for yeasts, viruses, and bacteria. The owner should only let the dog lick his hands and feet with good skin conditions. Absolutely avoid dog saliva contacting the mouth, nose, eyes to reduce the risk of diseases such as digestive disorders, skin allergies, respiratory allergies, fungal infections.

Dr. Nandi noted the notion that dog saliva healed wounds although not wrong but could not be indiscriminately applied. Dog saliva is inherent for themselves and contains many types of organisms that are not suitable for human bodies.

Also note the cat. Cats have the ability to transmit diseases that are most commonly seen as cat scratch disease . People who are susceptible to infection appear when cats lick an open wound or scratch, bite people. Best to ensure safety, make sure your pets are injected with the necessary vaccines and dewormed, away from other animals' faeces. Besides, don't forget to wash your hands often with soap.
