Helping people run flooding, there are people who lie in the middle of the fast flowing water. At noon on October 16, Truong Cong Minh (Hai Son commune, Hai Lang district) joined the commune force to handle the overflow of Mieu Ba dam. When he returned, Minh was suddenly swept away by the flood. Struggling among the fast flowing water, Minh was exhausted and disappeared. At dusk, the 17-year-old's body was found.
