China launches satellite successfully
According to a VNA correspondent in Beijing, China's "13-Touch" satellite has been successfully launched into orbit from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in Shanxi Province in northern China.
The statement from the center said the satellite "Dao 13" was launched by Truong Chinh 2C boosters at 2:50 am November 30 (local time).
China's "Sensitive" satellites are responsible for conducting scientific experiments, land resource exploration, crop yields assessment, disaster prevention and mitigation assistance.
Truong Chinh 2C missile is designed and manufactured by China Aerospace Science and Technology Group (CASTC). This is the 152th time China used rocket propellant to successfully launch satellites on orbit.
Previously, the satellite "Dao Cam 13" was successfully launched on November 9th with this type of missile from Thai Nguyen Center.
