China makes a new draft to help review tuberculosis

The Chinese Ministry of Health has issued a draft to help review tuberculosis. Accordingly, this review will be carried out through integration of health checks for students as well as those working in industries in the country.

This new regulation is part of a draft of tuberculosis prevention and control regulations issued by the Ministry of Health based on a document previously published by the Office of the Legislative Affairs of the State Council.

According to the draft, TB patients must be prevented from participating in activities that could spread the virus.

Personal information of TB patients will be disciplined or prosecuted in accordance with the law.
