Chinese farmers make suitcases into scooter cars
A man in China makes an electric scooter from a suitcase, which is used to help transport luggage to the airport or station easily.
He Liangcai is an amateur inventor, mainly farming and living in Hunan Province, central China. The scooter he built has the main part of a suitcase, with wheels and steering wheel mounted from an old scooter. It is battery-powered, equipped with GPS navigation devices and burglar alarms.

According to the Global Times, Mr. He's scooter can carry up to two people and 7kg of luggage. It has a speed of about 20km / h and runs a long distance of 50-60km.
The riders sit in the direction perpendicular to the suitcase and use the joystick to move the vehicle. In the video below, Mr. He used a scooter to go to Changsha Station, tens of kilometers from his home.
Mr. He received the patent award in 1999 with the invention of a safety system for an improved car. The idea of a scooter from a suitcase is sharp when he forgets his luggage on the way to receive this award. He said he spent 10 years researching and perfecting a scooter.
