Meanwhile, the Mediterranean region faces a shortage of water and a decline in the number of tourists in the middle of the century.

According to the study, the number of people dying from the cold in northern Europe has decreased and plants have grown well thanks to the warming climate. Thus, the area along the North Sea can become a favorable climate and many beautiful landscapes, like the famous Riviera region along the Mediterranean coast.

In contrast to Northern Europe, tens of thousands of people in Southern Europe will die from the heat when the climate warms up.

According to scientists, by 2071, if the average temperature increases by 3 degrees Celsius, it will lead to an additional 87,000 deaths per year.

The warmer climate will also have a significant impact on the economy of Southern Europe. This area will no longer be a tourist attraction. Every year, about 100 million tourists - one-sixth of the world's tourists - gather in this area during vacations (contributing to South Europe 100 billion euros / year).

The above is the first comprehensive study of the impact of climate change on Europe.
