Valued at 7728 euros (more than 200 million VND) and covered with edible gold, this chocolate is one of 1,000 limited candy versions. It has flavors from saffron, white truffles, vanilla from Madagascar and thin gold plates.
Author of this expensive piece of chocolate, Portuguese chocolate artist - Daniel Gomes said that his diamond-shaped chocolate has been confirmed by Guinness Book of Records as the world's most expensive chocolate, breaking the record. Danish chocolate artisan Fritz Knipschildt has held it since last year with the chocolate bar La Madeline au Truffe worth 250 USD.
Its crown box is decorated with 5,500 Swarovksi crystals and of course also bears the personal mark of the producer.
